This is a kitschy, little Valentine's Day gift that I bought for my baby sister (19 years old). She loved it because of the sentiment, and will sometimes wear it if it doesn't clash with her outfit or she is feeling sentimental. For the price, it is good quality. None of the rhinestones have fallen out; the black lettering is clear and hasn't rubbed off; and it came package in bubble-wrap and not scratched. The heart-shaped pendent is less delicate than I expected, but not bulky. Keep in mind that we don't wear the necklaces often, so with more use, it might fall apart. If you expect to wear this once in a while, then I'd say its good for the money.
